At KPMG we don’t just allow our people to support worthwhile community activities, we positively encourage them.

• We provide opportunities for our people to apply their professional skills working with charitable and community organisations on a pro bono basis.
• We match dollar for dollar individual staff members’ fundraising for approved organisations.
• KPMG people who hold official positions in charitable or community organisations can apply for cash grants for the organisations concerned.
• We provide additional paid leave for emergency services’ volunteers and members of the Australian Defence Force Reserve.
