An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate PA who is looking for an opportunity to develop increased responsibility in an autonomous role. You will be working in a fast paced environment as you support a partner and an associate director along with a small team of professional staff in meeting competing client expectations.
The role is varied and involved. As well as the usual day to day responsibilities of diary management, organising meetings, responding to client enquiries, maintaining the client database, coordinating travel arrangements, you will also be expected to provide significant value add by the preparation of high impact due diligence reports and proposal documents. This will require advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
As a confident professional with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and excellent time management, you will enjoy the high level of multitasking and prioritising this role requires. Given the scope of this position, your flexibility to meet the needs of the business may include some after hours work on occasions. Knowledge of SAP based systems will be highly regarded.
